“I just wanted to take a moment and let you know my first impression of your company. I was looking for a plumber to hook up some gas lines on a home that is in escrow. I actually went on the internet and wrote down about 12 numbers for plumbers. Your number was the second or third on my list. I called the first number and the lady was a little rude and short. I asked her a few questions (not knowing really what the process is) and she sounded a little put out. I didn’t bother asking her for a bid or anything else I just said thanks and hung up. I called your office next and Meegan answered the phone. I of course asked her the same question which was can you tell me how much it would be to hook up the gas lines in a home .Meegan was very nice and told me that it really depends on what needs to be done and I paused at that moment thinking to myself “I really just need someone to tell me a quick idea of what is might be.” She then said we would love to help you and I can get someone out there to look at it and give you an estimate. She also told me that he would call while he was out there to let me know what it would be. I did receive a call from Paul, he was great. He walked me through everything (more than once, he must have patience) and advised on the pressure testing. He explained everything that needed to be done and why. I just want you to know that you have some great people working for you and I really felt they took care of what I needed. My sister is the real estate agent on this deal and I was just trying to help her out while she was on vacation. I will definitely let her know as well as other agents that you are a great company to deal with.”
