The Cash 4 Appliances program was created by the Energy Policy Act of 2005 and is funded by the American Recovery and Rein…v…estment Act of 2009. Rebates are for qualifying central heating and air conditioning systems. The program will pay rebates until funds have been depleted. According to their website as of 9/08/10 there is an estimated remaining balance of $14,831,400.
